• ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions,
• respecting the right of employees to associate and conduct social dialogue,
• ensuring remuneration in accordance with applicable law and striving to ensure a fair level of wages,
• protecting confidential and sensitive data of employees and business partners,
• promoting ethical principles of conducting business activities.

We provide access to a complaint and violation reporting mechanism for all employees and stakeholders. All reports are analyzed impartially, and in the event violations are confirmed, appropriate corrective actions are taken, with protection for those reporting.

This policy is available to all employees and communicated throughout the organization.
