The environmental policy is an integral element of the company’s strategy and is implemented through systematic actions aimed at reducing negative environmental impact and continuous improvement.

The adopted Environmental Policy is based on the following objectives:

• conducting business in accordance with applicable legal regulations and other requirements in the field of environmental protection,
• segregation and minimization of the amount of waste generated
• using, where possible, materials from recycling
• rational use of electricity, heat and water
• minimization of emissions of substances into the environment, including into the air
• systematic training of employees in the field of environmental awareness
• monitoring the impact of operations on the environment and setting and implementing objectives aimed at reducing it.

This policy is publicly available and known to all employees, and the Company’s Management Board is committed to its implementation at all organizational levels. The company also strives to promote pro-environmental attitudes among its business partners.
