Frugo Cup: Winners of the 2nd Edition of the 1v1 Game Tournament Announced<\/h3>\n

\u2013 Zofia Ko\u0142odziej, Zuzanna \u017bak, Aleksander Bibu\u0142owicz, and Aleksander Godzi\u0144ski are the winners of the 2nd Edition of the 1v1 Game Tournament \u2013 Frugo Cup. The competition is organized by the Polish Football Association (PZPN), Voivodeship Football Associations, with the support of title sponsor Frugo. <\/p>\n

\u2013 \u201cThe Frugo Cup is where future football leaders are born. By supporting this Tournament, we aim to provide young people with the opportunity to develop their passion, skills, and individuality. Frugo has always focused on energy, courage, and creativity \u2013 values that are reflected in the 1v1 game. We believe that the Tournament winners \u2013 young and talented girls and boys \u2013 will develop their skills and, even more motivated, fight for their dreams. As an official partner of the national team, we hope to see them soon in the biggest football stadiums worldwide,\u201d says Wies\u0142aw W\u0142odarski, President of FoodCare, producer of Frugo. <\/p>\n

On the pitch of PGE Narodowy, where Robert Lewandowski and Cristiano Ronaldo, among others, had played just days earlier, the winners of the provincial finals of the 2nd Edition of the 1v1 Game Tournament \u2013 Frugo Cup, in the 2013 and 2014 age groups, competed for the title of best female dribbler and best male dribbler in Poland. The competition was watched by both the coach of the Polish men’s national team, Micha\u0142 Probierz, and the coach of the Polish women’s national team, Nina Patalon. <\/p>\n

From this edition, Ewelina Kamczyk and Nicola Zalewski are the tournament ambassadors.<\/p>\n

This spring, in 14 voivodeships that expressed interest in joining the 2nd Edition of the 1v1 Game Tournament \u2013 Frugo Cup, nearly 55,000 female and male footballers participated in club qualifiers to compete for the title of best female dribbler and best male dribbler in the country across four age categories (U-8, U-9, U-10, U-11). <\/p>\n

Among the 64 finalists of the national final of the 2nd Edition of the 1v1 Game Tournament \u2013 Frugo Cup, the winners were: Zofia Ko\u0142odziej (born 2014), Zuzanna \u017bak (born 2013), Aleksander Bibu\u0142owicz (born 2014), and Aleksander Godzi\u0144ski (born 2013). Last year, Zuzanna \u017bak also won the Frugo Tournament. <\/p>\n

Before the final match, all participants and their coaches took seats in the stands of PGE Narodowy and supported the Polish national team in their match against Croatia.
