The growing demands of Clients, the need to acquire them, and market competition, combined with our Company’s aspirations, are the driving force behind the implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems.<\/p>\n

We manufacture products in accordance with applicable legal regulations, thereby ensuring their legality. We provide the means for an appropriate product realization environment. We do not use genetically modified raw materials or those subjected to ionizing radiation. <\/p>\n

FoodCare is responsible to its employees and clients for maintaining high ethical and legal standards, supporting pro-quality attitudes and professional development of employees, and ensuring safe and dignified working conditions.<\/p>\n

Our operations take into account the interests of local communities and the principles of environmental protection. At the same time, the Company carries out its activities in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, striving to minimize environmental impact, rational use of resources, and continuous improvement of actions in this area, taking into account responsibility in the supply chain and promoting responsible practices in relations with suppliers and business partners. <\/p>\n

Production in accordance with the principles of the HACCP System and based on the assumptions of Food Safety Culture ensures the delivery of health-safe products to Clients.<\/p>\n

The guiding principle of FoodCare Sp. z o.o. is to recognize and anticipate the needs and requirements of Clients and to offer our products better than the competition does. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This is made possible by shared values, attitudes, and the universal awareness of Employees that all those employed are responsible for optimal quality and safety of products that meet Client needs, each at their own workstation.<\/p>\n

Knowledge of the documents of the selected Quality Management model and application of their provisions in practice allows us to ensure the quality and safety of our products expected by Clients.<\/p>\n

    The implementation of strategic objectives is carried out through operational objectives established and verified at each Quality Management System Review by Management.<\/p>\n
